We want you to love your Nail Pop. If something is off, we’ll make it right.
30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to request a return
Email hello@popnail.co with:
- Your order number (format: NP-XXXXX, found in your order confirmation email)
- A brief reason for the return (optional but appreciated, helps us improve)
- A photo of the printer if applicable (optional)
We’ll reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The Nail Pop printer must be returned in usable condition (cosmetic wear from normal use is fine; physical damage from misuse is not).
- All accessories included in the original shipment must be returned (base gel, top coat, color gels, cartridge, lamp, power adapter, manual).
- The ink cartridge can be partially used.
Unopened ink refills can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
Opened or partially used ink refills cannot be returned.
Return shipping
For 30-day satisfaction returns, you cover return shipping (typical cost $8 to $15 via USPS).
For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund is processed within 2 business days.
- The refunded amount appears on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different color, email hello@popnail.co with your order number and the color you’d like instead. We’ll send the new color and you return the original in the prepaid envelope. No price difference if same SKU.
Defective or damaged items
If your Nail Pop arrives damaged or develops a defect within the 12-month limited warranty period, contact hello@popnail.co with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We’ll replace the defective item at no cost.
Not refundable
- Orders shipped to addresses outside the contiguous United States (we don’t ship outside the lower 48 at this time, so this shouldn’t apply).
- Opened or partially used ink refills.
- Orders returned more than 30 days after delivery without a valid warranty claim.
